Since 1 March 2024 the employer pays 4.2% of the expat's wage to SIO for the first 3 years and 8.4% after. The system adds this to the monthly employer cost and calculates the employer's own gratuity only for service before March 2024.
Yes. Employee and employer contributions for Bahraini nationals are calculated every month (with the wage cap). All rates can be adjusted in Settings.
Payroll creates a salary file with CPR, IBAN and net pay for each employee for your bank's WPS upload, in BHD.
