Yes - at least three weeks' basic wage for every year of service after the first year, pro-rata for part years, as in Article 54 of Labour Law No. 14 of 2004. Annual leave is 3 weeks, rising to 4 weeks after 5 years.
Payroll creates a salary file with each employee's QID, IBAN and net pay for your bank's WPS upload. Salaries are worked out monthly in QAR.
Yes. Employee and employer contributions (7% / 14% by default) are calculated for Qatari nationals automatically. Expats receive end-of-service gratuity instead.
ZKTeco and ZK-based machines with ADMS / Cloud Server (eSSL, Biomax, Realtime and others) send punches automatically. Any other machine can be used by importing its USB or Excel export.
